GRAND OPENING OF SPACE ON WHITE!

In March 2010, Space on White hosted its official grand opening event with live music, original artwork, food, drinks, and some of the freshest talent in theater, music, and fine art.

The grand opening featured Music by DJ Theo Stockman, star of Broadway’s American Idiot, and Caitlin Krisko & The Broadcast, the new soul-infused rock band, who received over 125,000 YouTube hits on their recording of “Exactly Like Today.”
In addition to these performance artists, Space on White’s walls featured artwork and photography by some of NYC’s up and coming visual artists including Ibra Ake, Jessica Faller, Maximilian Rauber, Lillian Farag, and Evan Spiler.
Space on White allows individuals or organizations to rent out space that caters to acting, music, dance, and the visual arts. Born through the inspiration of founder Chasten Harmon, Space on White encourages collaboration and growth for artists and their audiences. With open, spacious designs, Space on White provides a blank canvas to nurture the creativity that is most important for artists. From classes to workshops to performances to readings to mixed media events, Space on White is the artist’s dream pallet.
